Dorothy's first published work is Butterflies and Dreams, Manifesting Your Heart's Desire, which came about after her friend and spiritual director, Suzi Freeman, told her that she is a master at manifesting. When Dorothy looked back over the experiences of her life in recent years, she was astounded to realize that she had intentionally created wonderful results in many areas. She married her soulmate, manifested a career, relocated to sunny Florida, and eliminated a mountain of debt. Click here to preview the book.

A native of Michigan, Dorothy raised her family near Detroit, then spent six years in St. Louis, Missouri before following her heart to Naples, Florida. She is the mother of three sons and has five grandchildren. Dorothy shares the journey of life with her soulmate, Bernard Fanchi.
While attending a retreat recently, Dorothy was asked to share something about herself that others did not know. She proudly shared that she is a mother, a grandmother, and also a newlywed. When asked about her new husband, she was happy to tell the most exciting part of the story -- the part where the universe conspired to bring them together.

Dorothy had made her home in Naples, Florida, while Bernie was a life-long resident of Chicago, Illinois. They had one link -- a mutual friend who knew that they both desired to meet and marry their soulmate. This friend, Mary, introduced them and the romance began. What a joy to experience a courtship, a wedding, and a romantic homeymoon at age sixty. Family and friends gave Dorothy a wedding shower, and her sons and grandson sang for the wedding ceremony.

Rev. Dorothy has had an eclectic spiritual path. Raised in a traditional Catholic home with five siblings, she had a loving and nurturing childhood. She discovered Unity and the teachings of Charles and Myrtle Fillmore in 1990. At about the same time, Dorothy participated in The Forum and other courses with Landmark Education. She began to see that so much more is possible for human beings than living in the small boxes where we frequently keep ourselves. Dorothy is committed to seeing all people experience joy and prosperity in their lives.
In addition to her writing and her ministries of service, Rev. Dorothy is a student of Unity principles, A Course in Miracles, and the teachings of Abraham/Hicks. Her rich spiritual life includes daily practices of prayer and meditation.

A retreat coordinator and presenter since 1999, Dorothy has facilitated classes in spiritual development and prosperity. Of all the workshops she has presented, her favorite is about labyrinths.
The labyrinth is a walking meditation that has an ancient history dating back at least 4000 years. The labyrinth has only one path to follow, unlike a maze that has multiple paths with wrong turns and choices to make. Simply put one foot in front of the other to get to the center of the labyrinth, then walk the same path back out.
